Product Accuracy & Pricing

Artisanal Variation: As our chocolates are handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, and weight may occur. These are not considered defects.
Allergy Warning: All products are processed in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, soy, and gluten. It is the customer's responsibility to review ingredient lists.
Pricing: We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.

Orders and Payment

Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.
