However, we want you to have a wonderful experience. In specific, genuine cases where a product is damaged or defective, we offer replacements at our sole discretion.
Our Quality Guarantee
If you believe your order has arrived in an unsatisfactory state, please follow these steps:

Documentation: Email us a detailed description of the issue along with clear photographic evidence.

Resolution: If we determine the case is a genuine quality failure, we will issue a replacement of the same item (or one of equal value) within 5–7 business days.
Limitations & Exclusions
To maintain the integrity of our small-batch production, the following conditions apply:

Discretionary Replacements: We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that lack sufficient photographic proof or are submitted past the 24-hour window.

Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for damage or melting if the package is rerouted by the carrier, if an incorrect address was provided, or if the package was left unattended after the first delivery attempt.
